A Monumental Important Cookbook!

This cookbook is an education unto itself. If you want to learn about foods that will benefit your health and fitness, then buy this book. The mark of a truly good person is someone who imparts a wisdom in you that you were never aware of. The author, Julie Morris, is an extremely knowledgable and creative food mastermind. Couple this book with her Superfood Smoothies book and you'll have a new path to your own well-being. Brilliant and beautiful book!

Great Healthy Recipes

The author is really great at introducing a very healthy lifestyle with recipes that feature foods filled with Omega-3s, Omega-6s and Omega-9s. the recipes are flavorful and tasty. Some are easier to make than others. Some ingredients can be expensive but it just means that you may have to hunt for more reasonably priced suppliers but the author provides a list of suppliers for some of the ingredients in her recipes. If you are looking for recipes that will provide you with energy and benefit your body from your skin to your hair to your nails, as well as your internal parts then this recipe book should be on your shelf. These recipes are built with very solid and extremely healthy ingredients. If you are looking to improve the quality of your health and if you are looking for energy then this book is for you.

Big fan of Julie's

This was my first Julie Morris book, but I will get them all. Her recipes are creative and very tasty. The book I keep front and center in my kitchen is her Superfood Juice, as I am an avid juicer. Superfood Kitchen fills a hole in kitchens today because it combines healthy and quick. When I get home from work, I am just "done". It is hard to think creatively nor do I want to spend a lot of time preparing. Great book.
