Aaron Costa’s summer was all planned. He has no idea how Julian will react when he learns his father is not only gay, he’s also dating his best friend.

Sizzling hot and worthy of repeated reads

The title makes me think dirty thoughts and with good reason. Aaron and Malachi were hot in ways that my words won't do justice. Like I told Piper, the story should come with the tagline, Not every man who's good with a hammer is named Thor. For what it's worth, I'd take Aaron over Thor any day. He's far more accessible, and have I mentioned the man sounds like he could make the most boring construction project in the world worth the work purely because of how he oozes sex appeal without even trying? Eye candy makes it worth it, but the promise behind those eyes? Mm. I'll get to that in a minute.
I don't blame Malachi for having a thing for him one bit, age difference or not. Aaron's son is his roommate and while that presents some issues for both of them at first, after a while, the tension between them reaches a point where it has to be alleviated. In the hottest way possible.
I don't want to give away too much, but the short of it is Jules is a brat but eventually becomes a bit less annoying. Malachi and Aaron are so hot, I'm on my third read of this story and I still fan myself reading it. And I'm dying to read the rest of the series just to see if they can top this one. My money's on yes.
There is one scene in the story that simultaneously had me cringing in embarrassment for the characters and wishing I had room in my house for a pool table. I'd use it. A lot.
I want to thank Piper and Kade for writing this one. Not only is it a great read, but it was really...inspirational. Just a note: for those of you still suffering through a late winter, this story will definitely help you warm up

Fun, Sexy Read!

It's no secret that I love these two authors. They haven't disappointed me yet and they certainly didn't disappoint me this time. Woods, Screws, & Nails is the story of Malachi and Aaron. Malachi was offered a job renovating a home during the summer along with his roommate, Julian, under Julian's father, Aaron. Aaron, who was confused about his sexuality as a teenager, became a young father after a night of partying with his best friend. He thinks it's a great idea to hire his son and roommate, as this will give him the opportunity to spend extra time with his son. Only thing is- he never anticipated the strong attraction he would have towards Malachi and for Malachi to reciprocate those feelings- let me tell these two were haaaaawt!
This was honestly just a fun read. I love stories where the characters have to sneak around and this one added extra spice by the MCs being a father and his son's friend. I love though that as hot and steamy as the story was, we were able to connect with the characters outside the bedroom as well. It wasn't just about the sex. I felt the story had a nice flow and appreciated that it was told from a dual POV. My only complaint would be that I would have liked a bit more story at the end but understood both authors' reasons for ending it how they did (plus, it was also me being greedy and not wanting it to end). This was a 4.5 star read for me. If you're in the mood for a quick, fun, steamy read- then look no further! :)

What can you say about two of the best authors out there. This is a must read. They take you in to the story, your right there with the MC. You can feel what they are feeling. Get this book! You'll love it!
